Chunky Cat Studios is a trade name of Chunky Cat LLC, an Ohio company ("we", "us"). This policy covers our games, including Chunky Cat Farms, and this website.

The short version

Our games don't ask for your name, email or any account. We don't show ads, we don't sell data, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

Game saves

Your progress is saved on your own device. It stays there and isn't sent to us. Deleting the game removes it.

Information we collect

• Email you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, and use it only to reply.
• Basic technical logs. The services that host our website may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit) for security and reliability. We don't use these to identify you.
• App stores. If you download a game from an app store, that store handles the download and any payment under its own privacy policy, and may share anonymous statistics with us, such as download and crash counts.

Children

Our games are made to be family-friendly. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If our games start collecting anything new, we'll update this page before that happens and change the date at the top.
